About UMMA

UMMA is an acronym for the University Mail Manager's
Association.

There are seven regional associations for NACUMS
(National Association of College and University Mail
Services) and UMMA is a midwest association.

All of UMMA's work is carried out by college and
university mail professionals. There is no paid staff.
Volunteers may have some of their time and expenses
covered by their institutions, but much time is simply
donated. UMMA could not exist without the volunteer
efforts of its members, and help is always needed on a
wide range of issues.
